How to Soft Reset — Allview W1i
The Allview W1i is a 2014 Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 device powered by the Qualcomm MSM8212 Snapdragon 200 (28 nm) with 1GB and 8GB internal storage. It features a 4.7", IPS LCD, 720.0x1280.0 display and is available in Black.

Soft Reset on the Allview W1i works differently than it does on Android, since this platform uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.
Does not erase any data. Always try this first.
Press and hold the End/Power key on Allview W1i for a few seconds until it restarts
If it's unresponsive, remove and reinsert the battery if the back cover is removable
For sealed-battery models, hold the Power key for 15–20 seconds to force a restart
