How to Hard Reset — Icemobile Quattro
The Icemobile Quattro is a 2012 device. It features a 2.3", TFT, 320.0x240.0 display and is available in White, Black, Silver, Blue, Red.
The Quattro is equipped with a Li-Ion 1500 mAh, removable (BP-4L). The device uses a Dual SIM (Mini-SIM) configuration.
Hard Reset on the Icemobile Quattro works differently than it does on Android, since this phone uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.

Icemobile Quattro is a basic phone, not a smartphone — it has no hardware button combination or recovery partition that wipes data, unlike Android or iPhone

If it's completely frozen, remove the battery for 30 seconds (if removable) to force a restart, then try the Factory Reset menu
