Hard resetting your Nokia C3 via Recovery Mode will completely wipe all data, apps, accounts and settings, restoring the device to its original factory state. Power off Nokia C3
Hold Volume Down + Power until Fastboot mode appears
Navigate to 'Recovery mode' — press Power
If 'No command': hold Power then tap Volume Up
Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
Press Power and confirm 'Factory reset'
Select 'Reboot system now'
