How to Hard Reset — Plum Profile
The Plum Profile is a 2011 device with 32MB and 32MB internal storage. It features a 1.8", TFT, 240.0x320.0 display and is available in Orange, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Black (with black and white).
The Profile is equipped with a Removable Li-Ion 800 mAh battery (BL-4C), a 3 MP, Yes main camera. The device uses a Dual SIM (Mini-SIM, dual stand-by) configuration. It weighs 65.7 g.
Hard Reset on the Plum Profile works differently than it does on Android, since this phone uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.
On this device this is just a forced restart/power-cycle — it does not erase data by itself. See Factory Reset for the data-erasing option.
Plum Profile is a basic phone, not a smartphone — it has no hardware button combination or recovery partition that wipes data, unlike Android or iPhone

If it's completely frozen, remove the battery for 30 seconds (if removable) to force a restart, then try the Factory Reset menu
