How to Soft Reset — Qtek A9100
The Qtek A9100 is a 2006 Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC device powered by the TI OMAP 850 with 64MB and 128MB | 64MB internal storage. It features a 2.8", TFT resistive touchscreen, 65K colors, 240.0x320.0 display and is available in Gray.

Does not erase any data. Always try this first.
Press and hold the End/Power key on Qtek A9100 for a few seconds until it restarts
If it's unresponsive, remove and reinsert the battery if the back cover is removable
For sealed-battery models, hold the Power key for 15–20 seconds to force a restart
