How to Hard Reset — Samsung Z4
The Samsung Z4 is a 2017 Tizen 3.0 device with 1GB and 8GB internal storage. It features a 4.5", IPS LCD, 480.0x800.0 display and is available in Black, Gold.

Tizen devices generally don't have a hardware button combination that wipes data the way Android's Recovery Mode does

If the device is completely frozen and won't respond to the Factory Reset menu, remove the battery for 30 seconds (if removable) to force a restart, then try again
