How to Factory Reset — Sendo X

Factory Reset on the Sendo X works differently than it does on Android, since this platform uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.
All personal data, accounts, and apps will be permanently removed.
Back up contacts and messages first — Symbian resets erase everything on the device
Open the dialer and enter *#7370# (works on most Symbian S60 phones), or go to Settings > Phone > General > Restore Factory Settings
Enter the lock code when prompted — the factory default is usually 12345
Confirm and wait for the device to restart
If *#7370# doesn't work on your specific model, use the Settings menu path instead
