How to Hard Reset — Unnecto Edge

Hard Reset on the Unnecto Edge works differently than it does on Android, since this phone uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.

Unnecto Edge is a basic phone, not a smartphone — it has no hardware button combination or recovery partition that wipes data, unlike Android or iPhone

If it's completely frozen, remove the battery for 30 seconds (if removable) to force a restart, then try the Factory Reset menu
