Is the WND Wind DUO 2300 a smartphone?
No — this is a basic/feature phone. It runs simple built-in software rather than Android or iOS, so it doesn't support apps, a touchscreen recovery menu, or most of the advanced features found on smartphones.
Will a factory reset delete everything on my WND Wind DUO 2300?
Yes — resetting through the phone's menu erases contacts, messages, and any saved settings.
I forgot my WND Wind DUO 2300's security code — what do I do?
Try the common defaults 0000 or 1234. If neither works, look up the specific unlock/reset code for your exact model, as it varies by manufacturer.
