The Honor 4X is a 2014 Android 4.4.2 smartphone powered by the Kirin 620 (28 nm) Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 (28 nm) with 2GB and 8GB internal storage. It features a 5.5", IPS LCD, 720.0x1280.0 display and is available in White, Black.

A black screen on the Honor 4X can occur due to a drained battery, a software crash, or the screen becoming unresponsive. In most cases this can be resolved with a force restart or a short charging period without any data loss. Follow the steps below in order before considering a factory reset.
On your Honor 4X: charge for 30+ minutes with a different cable and charger
Hold Power for 15–20 seconds
If still black: hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds
Try holding Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode
In Recovery: select 'Reboot system now'
If Recovery loads: wipe cache partition then reboot
Last resort: factory reset from Recovery — erases all data
