The OnePlus 9E is Android 11 smartphone powered by the Qualcomm SM6350 Snapdragon 690 5G (8 nm) with 8GB and 128GB internal storage. It features a 6.5", IPS LCD, 90Hz, 1080.0x2400.0 display and is available in Blue; other colours.
The 9E is equipped with a Li-Po 5000 mAh, a 64 MP, 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60/120fps; gyro-EIS main camera, a 16 MP, 1080p@30/60fps, gyro-EIS front camera. The device uses a Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM configuration.
A black screen on the OnePlus 9E can occur due to a drained battery, a software crash, or the screen becoming unresponsive. In most cases this can be resolved with a force restart or a short charging period without any data loss. Follow the steps below in order before considering a factory reset.
On your OnePlus 9E: charge for 30+ minutes with a different cable and charger
Hold Power for 15–20 seconds
If still black: hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds
Try holding Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode
In Recovery: select 'Reboot system now'
If Recovery loads: wipe cache partition then reboot
Last resort: factory reset from Recovery — erases all data
