How to Hard Reset — OnePlus 9E
The OnePlus 9E is Android 11 smartphone powered by the Qualcomm SM6350 Snapdragon 690 5G (8 nm) with 8GB and 128GB internal storage. It features a 6.5", IPS LCD, 90Hz, 1080.0x2400.0 display and is available in Blue; other colours.
The 9E is equipped with a Li-Po 5000 mAh, a 64 MP, 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60/120fps; gyro-EIS main camera, a 16 MP, 1080p@30/60fps, gyro-EIS front camera. The device uses a Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM configuration.
Hard resetting your OnePlus 9E via Recovery Mode will completely wipe all data, apps, accounts and settings, restoring the device to its original factory state. This is commonly used to fix persistent software issues, boot loops, prepare the phone for sale, or recover from a forgotten screen lock. Back up your data before proceeding as this cannot be undone.
All data will be permanently erased. Back up first.
Power off OnePlus 9E
Hold Volume Down + Power until Fastboot mode appears
Navigate to 'Recovery mode' — press Power
If 'No command': hold Power then tap Volume Up
Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
Press Power and confirm 'Factory reset'
Select 'Reboot system now'
