How to Recovery Mode — OnePlus N6
The OnePlus N6 is a 2026 Android 16, OxygenOS 16, up to 2 major Android upgrades smartphone powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 6360 Apex (6 nm). It features a IPS LCD, 120Hz, 975 nits (typ), 1200 nits (HBM) display and is available in Fresh Mint, Midnight Green.
The N6 is equipped with a 8000 mAh, a 1080p@30/60fps main camera, a 1080p@30fps front camera. The device uses a Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM configuration.
Recovery Mode on the OnePlus N6 is a special bootable partition that operates independently from the main Android system. It allows you to perform advanced operations including cache wipes, factory resets, and software repairs even when the phone cannot boot normally. Access it carefully as some options will erase all data.

Power off OnePlus N6
Hold Volume Down + Power until Fastboot appears
Navigate to 'Recovery mode' — press Power
If 'No command': hold Power, tap Volume Up
Navigate with Volume, confirm with Power
To exit: select 'Reboot system now'
