How to Recovery Mode — Vertu Constellation
The Vertu Constellation is a 2011 Symbian^3, upgradable to Nokia Belle OS device. It features a 3.5", AMOLED, 360.0x640.0 display and is available in Stain/Polished stainless steel, brown/black/pink leather or black alligator skin.
The Constellation is equipped with a Non-removable Li-Ion 1200 mAh battery (BL-5K), a 8 MP, 720p@25fps, 720p@30fps (via SW update) main camera. The device uses a Mini-SIM configuration. It weighs 164 g.
Recovery Mode on the Vertu Constellation works differently than it does on Android, since this platform uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.
Used for cache wipes, factory resets, and advanced repairs.
Symbian devices generally don't have an Android-style Recovery Mode partition
Advanced repairs on these devices typically require the manufacturer's PC-based flashing/update tool rather than an on-device recovery menu
For most problems, a Soft Reset (restart) or the in-menu Factory Reset is the correct first step — see those guides
