The alcatel One Touch Scribe X is a 2013 Android 4.1 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6589 (28 nm) with 1GB and 4GB internal storage. It features a 5.0", TFT, 1080.0x1920.0 display and is available in White Devil, Black Devil, Twilight Blue, Carpet, Anodized Bluish Black, Anodized Cranberry Pink, White Carbon, Black Carbon.
The One Touch Scribe X is equipped with a Li-Ion 2500 mAh, removable, a 12 MP, 1080p@30fps main camera, a 1 MP front camera. The device uses a Micro-SIM configuration.
Hard resetting your alcatel One Touch Scribe X via Recovery Mode will completely wipe all data, apps, accounts and settings, restoring the device to its original factory state. This is commonly used to fix persistent software issues, boot loops, prepare the phone for sale, or recover from a forgotten screen lock. Back up your data before proceeding as this cannot be undone.

Power off alcatel One Touch Scribe X
Hold Volume Down + Power until Recovery appears
Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
Press Power — confirm 'Yes' or 'Factory reset'
Wait for completion
Select 'Reboot system now'
