The alcatel Pop Star is a 2015 Android 5.0 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6580 (28 nm) with 1GB and 8GB internal storage. It features a 5.0", IPS LCD, 720.0x1280.0 display and is available in Black, White, Silver, Gold.
The Pop Star is equipped with a Li-Ion 2000 mAh, removable, a 8 MP, 1080p@30fps main camera, a 5 MP front camera. The device uses a Single SIM (Micro-SIM) or Dual SIM (Micro-SIM, dual stand-by) configuration.

On your alcatel Pop Star: charge for 30+ minutes with a different cable and charger
Hold Power for 15–20 seconds
If still black: hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds
Try holding Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode
In Recovery: select 'Reboot system now'
If Recovery loads: wipe cache partition then reboot
Last resort: factory reset from Recovery — erases all data
