Hard resetting your Dell Flash via Recovery Mode will completely wipe all data, apps, accounts and settings, restoring the device to its original factory state. Power off Dell Flash
Hold Volume Down + Power until Recovery appears
Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
Press Power — confirm 'Yes' or 'Factory reset'
Wait for completion
Select 'Reboot system now'
