The HTC Magic is a 2009 Android 1.6 smartphone powered by the Qualcomm MSM7200A with 288MB and 288MB | 512MB internal storage. It features a 3.2", TFT, 65K colors, 320.0x480.0 display and is available in White, Black.

Hard resetting your HTC Magic via Recovery Mode will completely wipe all data, apps, accounts and settings, restoring the device to its original factory state. This is commonly used to fix persistent software issues, boot loops, prepare the phone for sale, or recover from a forgotten screen lock. Back up your data before proceeding as this cannot be undone.

All data will be permanently erased. Back up first.

Power off HTC Magic

Hold Volume Down + Power until Fastboot mode appears

Navigate to 'Recovery mode' — press Power

If 'No command': hold Power then tap Volume Up

Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
