How to Hard Reset — HTC One mini
The HTC One mini is a 2013 Android 4.2.2 smartphone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (28 nm) with 1GB and 16GB internal storage. It features a 4.3", Super LCD2, 720.0x1280.0 display and is available in Glacial Silver, Stealth Black, Blue.
The One mini is equipped with a Li-Po 1800 mAh, non-removable, a 4 MP, 1080p@30fps, HDR main camera, a 6 MP, 720p front camera. The device uses a Micro-SIM configuration. It weighs 122 g.
Hard resetting your HTC One mini via Recovery Mode will completely wipe all data, apps, accounts and settings, restoring the device to its original factory state. This is commonly used to fix persistent software issues, boot loops, prepare the phone for sale, or recover from a forgotten screen lock. Back up your data before proceeding as this cannot be undone.
All data will be permanently erased. Back up first.
Power off HTC One mini
Hold Volume Down + Power until Fastboot mode appears
Navigate to 'Recovery mode' — press Power
If 'No command': hold Power then tap Volume Up
Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
Press Power and confirm 'Factory reset'
Select 'Reboot system now'
