The Jolla Phone is a 2026 Sailfish 5.0, up to 5 major OS upgrades, Android OS apps support smartphone powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7100 (6 nm) with 12GB and 256GB internal storage. It features a 6.4", AMOLED, 1080.0x2260.0 display and is available in Orange.
The Phone is equipped with a Si/C Li-Ion 5500 mAh, user replaceable, a 50 MP, 4K, 1080p main camera, a 32 MP front camera. The device uses a Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM configuration.
A black screen on the Jolla Phone can occur due to a drained battery, a software crash, or the screen becoming unresponsive. In most cases this can be resolved with a force restart or a short charging period without any data loss. Follow the steps below in order before considering a factory reset.
On your Jolla Phone: charge for 30+ minutes with a different cable and charger
Hold Power for 15–20 seconds
If still black: hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds
Try holding Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode
In Recovery: select 'Reboot system now'
If Recovery loads: wipe cache partition then reboot
Last resort: factory reset from Recovery — erases all data
