On your Lava Z2 Max: charge for 30+ minutes with a different cable and charger

If still black: hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds
Try holding Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode
In Recovery: select 'Reboot system now'
If Recovery loads: wipe cache partition then reboot
Last resort: factory reset from Recovery — erases all data
