How to Fix Bootloop — Meizu M6T

⏱ ~5 min📋 6 steps

The Meizu M6T is a 2018 Android 7.0 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6750 (28 nm) with 3GB | 4GB and 32GB | 64GB internal storage. It features a 5.7", IPS LCD, 720.0x1440.0 display and is available in Black, Champagne Gold, Coral Red.

The M6T is equipped with a Li-Ion 3300 mAh, non-removable, a 13 MP, 1080p@30fps main camera, a 8 MP front camera. The device uses a Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM configuration. It weighs 145 g.

A bootloop on the Meizu M6T occurs when the device repeatedly restarts without fully loading Android. This is commonly caused by a failed software update, corrupted system files, or an incompatible app. Most bootloops can be resolved without losing data by clearing the cache partition first before attempting a factory reset.

Factory reset may be needed as a last resort — erases all data.

1

On your Meizu M6T: force restart: hold Power for 15–30 seconds

2

If still looping: enter Recovery Mode

3

Navigate to 'Wipe cache partition' → confirm → reboot

4

If still looping: return to Recovery

5

Select 'Wipe data/factory reset' → confirm (erases all data)

6

Last resort: use your manufacturer's PC tool to reinstall firmware
