How to Soft Reset — QMobile Noir A6
The QMobile Noir A6 is a 2016 Android 5.1 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6735 (28 nm) with 3GB and 32GB internal storage. It features a 5.0", IPS LCD, 720.0x1280.0 display and is available in Black, White.
The Noir A6 is equipped with a Li-Ion 2500 mAh, removable, a 13 MP, 1080p@30fps main camera, a 5 MP front camera. The device uses a Dual SIM (Mini-SIM/ Micro-SIM, dual stand-by) configuration.
Performing a soft restart on your QMobile Noir A6 is the quickest way to resolve minor performance issues, app freezes, or unresponsive touch screens without losing any data. Unlike a factory reset, a soft reset simply reboots the device and clears temporary memory, making it the recommended first step for any troubleshooting.
Does not erase any data. Always try this first.
On your QMobile Noir A6: hold Power for 2 seconds
Tap 'Restart' or 'Reboot' in the menu
Wait ~30–60 seconds for the restart to complete
Force restart if frozen: hold Power for 10–15 seconds until screen goes black
Device reboots automatically — no data is lost
