The QMobile Noir S5 is a 2015 Android 5.0 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6582 (28 nm) with 1GB and 8GB internal storage. It features a 4.8", AMOLED, 720.0x1280.0 display and is available in Black/White.
The Noir S5 is equipped with a Li-Ion 2300 mAh battery, a 8 MP, 1080p@30fps main camera, a 8 MP front camera. The device uses a Dual SIM (Micro-SIM, dual stand-by) configuration.
A black screen on the QMobile Noir S5 can occur due to a drained battery, a software crash, or the screen becoming unresponsive. In most cases this can be resolved with a force restart or a short charging period without any data loss. Follow the steps below in order before considering a factory reset.
On your QMobile Noir S5: charge for 30+ minutes with a different cable and charger
Hold Power for 15–20 seconds
If still black: hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds
Try holding Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode
In Recovery: select 'Reboot system now'
If Recovery loads: wipe cache partition then reboot
Last resort: factory reset from Recovery — erases all data
