How to Soft Reset — Sharp Pi

⏱ ~5 min📋 5 steps

The Sharp Pi is a 2018 Android 7.0 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6737M (28 nm) with 2GB and 16GB internal storage. It features a 5.2", IPS LCD, 720.0x1280.0 display and is available in White/Gold, black.

The Pi is equipped with a Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery, a 13 MP, 1080p@30fps main camera, a 8 MP front camera. The device uses a Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM configuration.

Performing a soft restart on your Sharp Pi is the quickest way to resolve minor performance issues, app freezes, or unresponsive touch screens without losing any data. Unlike a factory reset, a soft reset simply reboots the device and clears temporary memory, making it the recommended first step for any troubleshooting.
