How to Fix Black Screen — XOLO A600
The XOLO A600 is a 2013 Android 4.2 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6572W with 512MB and 4GB internal storage. It features a 4.5", IPS LCD, 540.0x960.0 display and is available in Black, White.
The A600 is equipped with a Li-Po 1900 mAh, removable, a 5 MP, 720p@30fps main camera. The device uses a Dual SIM configuration.
A black screen on the XOLO A600 can occur due to a drained battery, a software crash, or the screen becoming unresponsive. In most cases this can be resolved with a force restart or a short charging period without any data loss. Follow the steps below in order before considering a factory reset.
On your XOLO A600: charge for 30+ minutes with a different cable and charger
Hold Power for 15–20 seconds
If still black: hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds
Try holding Power + Volume Up to enter Recovery Mode
In Recovery: select 'Reboot system now'
If Recovery loads: wipe cache partition then reboot
Last resort: factory reset from Recovery — erases all data
