How to Factory Reset — ZTE Open

Factory Reset on the ZTE Open works differently than it does on Android, since this platform uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.
All personal data, accounts, and apps will be permanently removed.
Open the phone's main Settings or Menu app
Look for 'Restore Factory Settings', 'Master Reset', or 'Reset Phone'
You may be asked for a security/lock code — the factory default is commonly 0000 or 1234 if you never set one
Confirm to erase all data and restore original settings
The device restarts on its own
