How to Hard Reset — ZTE Open
The ZTE Open is a 2013 Firefox OS 1.0 device powered by the Qualcomm MSM7225A Snapdragon S1 with 256MB and 256MB | 512MB internal storage. It features a 3.5", TFT, 320.0x480.0 display and is available in Blue, Orange.

Hard Reset on the ZTE Open works differently than it does on Android, since this platform uses its own menus and terminology. Follow the steps below, written specifically for this device rather than adapted from Android instructions.
On this device this is just a forced restart/power-cycle — it does not erase data by itself. See Factory Reset for the data-erasing option.
Firefox OS devices generally don't have a hardware button combination that wipes data the way Android's Recovery Mode does
