How to USB Debugging β Asus ZenUI
Applies to all Asus ZenUI phones and tablets. Menu names may vary slightly by Android version.
USB Debugging on your phone allows the device to communicate with a computer via Android Debug Bridge for advanced operations including sideloading apps, accessing system logs, and running automated tests. It is required for many developer tools and some repair procedures. Always disable USB debugging when not actively using it for security reasons.
Enable Developer Options first.
On your phone: enable Developer Options first (see Developer Options guide)
Open Settings
Navigate to Settings > Developer options
Find 'USB debugging' and toggle ON
Tap OK on the confirmation dialog
Connect to PC via USB β tap 'Allow' on your phone when prompted
