How to Recovery Mode — HTC Lead
The HTC Lead is Android 2.3 smartphone powered by the Broadcom BCM4329 with 768MB and 768MB internal storage. It features a 4.3", IPS LCD, 480.0x800.0 display and is available in Black.
The Lead is equipped with a Removable Li-Ion battery, a 5 MP, Yes main camera. The device uses a Mini-SIM configuration.
Recovery Mode on the HTC Lead is a special bootable partition that operates independently from the main Android system. It allows you to perform advanced operations including cache wipes, factory resets, and software repairs even when the phone cannot boot normally. Access it carefully as some options will erase all data.
Used for cache wipes, factory resets, and advanced repairs.
Power off HTC Lead
Hold Volume Down + Power until Fastboot appears
Navigate to 'Recovery mode' — press Power
If 'No command': hold Power, tap Volume Up
Navigate with Volume, confirm with Power
To exit: select 'Reboot system now'
