How to Fix Bootloop — XOLO A500S Lite
The XOLO A500S Lite is a 2014 Android 4.2 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6572 (28 nm) with 512MB and 4GB internal storage. It features a 4.0", IPS LCD, 256K colors, 480.0x800.0 display and is available in Black, White.
The A500S Lite is equipped with a Li-Ion 1400 mAh, removable, a 15 MP, 720p main camera. The device uses a Dual SIM configuration.
A bootloop on the XOLO A500S Lite occurs when the device repeatedly restarts without fully loading Android. This is commonly caused by a failed software update, corrupted system files, or an incompatible app. Most bootloops can be resolved without losing data by clearing the cache partition first before attempting a factory reset.
Factory reset may be needed as a last resort — erases all data.
On your XOLO A500S Lite: force restart: hold Power for 15–30 seconds
If still looping: enter Recovery Mode
Navigate to 'Wipe cache partition' → confirm → reboot
If still looping: return to Recovery
Select 'Wipe data/factory reset' → confirm (erases all data)
Last resort: use your manufacturer's PC tool to reinstall firmware
