How to Hard Reset — XOLO A500S Lite
The XOLO A500S Lite is a 2014 Android 4.2 smartphone powered by the Mediatek MT6572 (28 nm) with 512MB and 4GB internal storage. It features a 4.0", IPS LCD, 256K colors, 480.0x800.0 display and is available in Black, White.
The A500S Lite is equipped with a Li-Ion 1400 mAh, removable, a 15 MP, 720p main camera. The device uses a Dual SIM configuration.
Hard resetting your XOLO A500S Lite via Recovery Mode will completely wipe all data, apps, accounts and settings, restoring the device to its original factory state. This is commonly used to fix persistent software issues, boot loops, prepare the phone for sale, or recover from a forgotten screen lock. Back up your data before proceeding as this cannot be undone.
All data will be permanently erased. Back up first.
Power off XOLO A500S Lite
Hold Volume Down + Power until Recovery appears
Navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
Press Power — confirm 'Yes' or 'Factory reset'
Wait for completion
Select 'Reboot system now'
