Incorrect APN settings can prevent mobile data, MMS messaging, or visual voicemail from working correctly. You may need to update them manually especially on unlocked devices, after switching carriers, or following a network settings reset.
On your phone, open Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names
Take a screenshot of your current APN settings before making any changes
Tap the '+' or menu icon to add a new APN
Visit apnconfig.com to find the exact APN settings for your carrier and country
Enter the APN details: Name, APN address, MCC, MNC, and APN type
Tap Save then select the new APN by tapping the radio button next to it
Restart your phone to apply the new settings
