How to Developer Options — Samsung One UI
Applies to all Samsung One UI phones and tablets. Menu names may vary slightly by Android version.
Developer Options on your phone is a hidden menu that unlocks advanced settings primarily intended for app developers and power users. It includes options to enable USB debugging, adjust animation speeds, limit background processes, and simulate different network conditions. Enabling it is safe but some individual settings should be changed with caution.
Tap Build number 7 times to unlock.
On your phone: open Settings
Tap 'About phone' > 'Software information'
Tap 'Build number' 7 times rapidly
Enter your PIN when prompted
'Developer options' now appears in Settings above 'About phone'
