Power off your Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro completely
Press and hold Volume Up + Power for 3+ seconds
Release both when the Samsung logo appears If the buttons alone don't work, connect the phone to a computer with a USB cable first.
Navigate with Volume buttons to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
Press Power to select
Highlight 'Factory reset' and press Power to confirm
Wait 1–3 minutes
Select 'Reboot system now'
